Introduction

Established in 1974, Baoye Group is a listed company on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, of which construction, property development and building materials are the main businesses. At present, the Group has formed four local sub-groups in Yangtze-delta areas, Anhui, Hubei and in North China. Many international investment banks and companies have been shareholders and partners of Baoye, such as Goldman Sachs, Atlantis Investment and Daiwa House. In the past years, Baoye Group contracted for new construction projects which comprise a number of high-end construction projects including Shanghai Times Financial Center of 239 meters height, the New Terminal Building of Hangzhou International Airport and five Beijing Olympic projects, the curtain wall project for Wukesong Olympic Basketball Stadium, steel part of Baseball Stadium and non-mainstream Media Center and so on. In addition, the Group has acquired Anhui Tractor Factory and Hubei Construction Group and its 12 subsidiaries, extending its business areas.
